Having made it to where you are, usually meant that you had to roll up your sleeves, and JUST GET IT DONE. To do it because nobody else would, or to lead the way. Pretty lonely sometimes! And quite exhausting to always be the one others turn to for answers. To lead and to make sure people follow. … and to do that in times when your inner voices says "You just can´t!" or "Are you really good enough?" "What if you fail?"
